Most orders within Ontario ship within 3-5 business days. Quebec and Atlantic provinces typically take 5-7 business days. Western Canada may take 7-10 business days. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Most cutting boards ship for $12-18 within Ontario. Furniture and larger items may require additional shipping costs.

Currently we only ship within Canada. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Please contact us before returning any item.

We carefully package all items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund.

We primarily use Ontario hardwoods including maple, walnut, cherry, and oak. All wood is sustainably sourced from local sawmills within 200km of our workshop.

Daily care: Hand wash with warm soapy water, dry immediately. Never soak or put in dishwasher.

Monthly maintenance: Apply food-grade mineral oil or beeswax to keep wood hydrated and prevent cracking.

Avoid: Direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and prolonged exposure to water.

Yes! All cutting boards and kitchen items use 100% food-safe finishes: mineral oil, beeswax, and plant-based oils. No varnishes or chemical finishes.
